Celebrate - A Party Planning Showcase

On September 14, 2019 a few CAVA volunteers went to the Eastvale Community Center to help set up for the following day’s event “celebrate!-a party planning showcase”. This event takes place every other year at the Eastvale Community Center. It features venues, giveaways,bakeries,event planners,raffle,fashion show, and much more. The volunteers volunteered from 2-4:30. During this period of time, we unstacked about 100 chairs and put chair covers on all of them. We also unfolded tables together and placed each table in each small booth. Working together really brought us together because of the amount of teamwork we needed in order to put everything together.
